Some days just rock and some days we can't seem to get it together to exercise because of this, that and the other. Sometimes we may not be able to exercise for a week or a month due to illness REMEMBER - Don't give up. REMEMBER why you started exercising in the first place. REMEMBER - You are awesome and can do it when the timing is right! And, it doesn't have to be perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY MOTTOS: HAVE FUN WITH FITNESS... SERIOUSLY!!!!! .Take a deep breath, breathe and visualize that you are successful! 2. It’s about you and your OWN Fitness Goals. Of Course You Can Do IT! (Somedays are harder than others and somedays we actually can’t exercise due to this that and the other ) Soooo, Don’t give UP! 3. BE NICE TO YOURSELF AND TO THOSE AROUND YOU! It’s amazing how much our neurons, bones and muscles crave those positive vibes. 4.YOUR BODY IS A TEMPLE! You deserve to cherish your body with everything that makes it function better! Think about how your nutrition also effects your beautiful body! 5. If it hurts don’t do it! |
