A circuit training class that utilizes, functional fitness and traditional dumbbell techniques to have a complete body work out during each week. Kathy "I loved the one on one training and attention to my problem areas and sports goals. Cat was very encouraging and urged me to push a little harder which I later realized I could handle just fine. However, she was sensitive to any aches and pains that might occur the next day. Cat kept me motivated with a variety of workouts and routines with some equipment I've never used before. I liked it so much, I ended up buying some of the equipment to continue to use on my own."
Detta " The best part was the one on one with the personal trainer"
Erika : Erika had surgery on her leg to lengthen it. She has arthogryposis ( which effects the bones.) She started to walk again, without her crutch shortly after she started personal training. And, she now is swimming again after many years. She says that she has less sensitivity in her back and feet and has improved mood and a positive increase in energy! She feels her balance is better and she can stand equally on both legs with other favoring the crutch. Her gait has also become better and she can put one foot in front of the other instead of taking half strides.
